Vanilla Beans are a type of orchid family found in lush tropical regions, suitable latitude of -/+20 degree from the equator to create a wonderful green vanilla beans, each orchid flower must be meticulously hand pollinated during the half day of blooming season while the flower is still opening , following a lengthycuring and drying processes, these ripened beans are transformed into exquisite black vanilla bean pods used for enhancing vanilla aroma and flavor in your bakings and desserts menus.

Vanilla orchid farm established over 17 years ago and has been well recognized as the 1st smart commercial greenhouse over 20,000 square meters under shading salan roofing. Farm located Northeast about 150 kilometers from Bangkok ,Thailand and has been growing conventional orchids and vanilla orchids of two(2) main species ; Vanilla Tahitensis ( วานิลาตาฮิติ) and Vanilla Planifolia ( มาดาร์กัสกา) with automated water spraying and fogging techniques .

( Vanilla Tahitensis) และวานิลามาดากัสการ์(Vanilla Planifolia) โดยจะให้ดอกในช่วงอากาศหนาวเย็นช่วงต้นปี ฝักหรือผลที่ได้จากการผสมเกสรดอกด้วยมือมนุษย์ที่บานเพียงครึ่งวันเช้าเท่านั้น การเก็บเกี่ยวฝัก/ผลที่เหลืองแก่หลังผสมเกสร 8-9 เดือนผ่านกรรมวิธีทำแห้งบ่มกลิ่น เป็นเวลาอีก 2-3 เดือนก็จะได้ฝักวานิลาที่ให้กลิ่นหอมหวานของดอกไม้และผลไม้( Flowery & Fruity) สามารถนำเอาไปทำขนมหวาน ขนมเค้ก ไอศครีม ชากาแฟ และเครื่องดื่มLiquor & Cocktails ที่ให้กลิ่มหอมละมุนของวานิลาแท้จากธรรมชาติ นอกจากนี้วานิลาแท้ยังมีสรรพคุณที่มีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ เพราะเป็นผลไม้ที่ทำมาจากธรรมชาติ (YouTube-Natural Vanilla 17 Health Benefits) ไม่ใช่วานิลากลิ่นสังเคราะห์หรือวานิลาเทียมที่มีขายทั่วไป
